About Roxana Anabel Lafuente
Hi, I’m Roxana Lafuente, a software engineer and coding educator with 8+ years of professional experience. I studied computer science at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba in Argentina, where I also worked as a teaching assistant, supporting students as they learned about software engineering, networks and data bases.
I’ve worked with international technology companies including Booking.com and Yelp, and as a contractor for Electronic Arts and Intel. Through these roles, I gained hands-on experience building and maintaining production software in large, collaborative engineering environments.
As an educator, I focus on teaching coding through practical examples and real-world scenarios. My goal is to help learners move beyond syntax and develop the confidence to apply software engineering concepts to real projects.
